Chicken Escarole – a rich stock made from chicken and vegetables, accented with tiny meatballs and escarole, and laced with rice.

Mixed greens are all we use in our salad. As our heritage states “the darker the green, the more nutritious it is for you”. Topped with salami, provolone, and ham, surrounded by mixed olives, roasted peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes, red onions, and your choice of dressing (our suggestion - “House Italian”).

Antipasti Platter
Antipasti meaning “before the meal” - it’s a tradition as we know it. A generous platter filled with imported meats and cheeses, olives, and our signature roasted peppers and stuffed Italian long hots, sprinkled with just the right seasonings and olive oil on top of a bed of fresh herbs. Served with our own crustini.

Sausage or Pepperoni Stuffed Breads
A Sunday evening favorite and always part of a chop up! Our homemade dough stuffed with your choice of fillings, rolled and baked to a crusty outside and a soft and tasty inside. We always recommend our classic favorite - a sausage roll, but the possibilities are endless. A must try!

We used to pick the veggies from our garden. Now we pick them from the market! Still light and fresh and still high quality. This is one mouthwatering dish! Don’t forget the bread for “zopping”

Vodka Cream Pasta

Thinly chopped pancetta and mild onions sautéed, and then flavored with vodka and reduced cream. We toss it with your favorite pasta and finish it with parmesan cheese.

Fettuccini Alfredo

A velvety cream sauce - silky smooth with a taste that you can’t get enough of.

Pasta Marinara

Lori dreamed up this variation. She made this into a lasagna that was quicker and easier. She tossed short pasta with the same ingredients as traditional lasagna and baked it. What an idea! Amy’s favorite!

Chicken Riggies

A pasta plate from Central New York! All the restaurants serve this, and everyone loves it. Sautéed chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms and hot peppers (just to add a hint of spice) in a vodka cream sauce, and tossed with rigatoni.

Tuscan Chicken

Sautéed and seasoned chicken breast. Layered with ricotta cheese, roasted peppers, fresh basil and provolone cheese, topped with a roasted red pepper sauce. Oh my!

Mt. Vesuvius

Layers of chicken, veal or seafood with greens, topped with roasted peppers and smothered with Alfredo sauce. Mt. Vesuvius is the tallest volcano in Italy - can you picture this dish?

Rosemary Chicken

Could be made with chicken breast or bone-in chicken. We prefer bone-in because it adds lots of flavor. Sautéed to a crispy delight and stewed with green beans and just the right amount of garlic.

Stuffed Chicken Breast

Our version of cordon bleu, but with a twist. A chicken breast stuffed (not rolled) with ham, broccoli, and gorgonzola - or, something else if you prefer.
